Credit Policy

All cases are to be prepaid until an account is established. All cases received from unestablished accounts that are not prepaid are held until full payment is received. Established accounts are to be paid in full by the 10th of the month. Any unpaid balance will have a 1.5% charge per month added [annual rate of 18%].
